Under state-wide contract WM19-2035, State Agencies, Institutions of Higher Learning, Municipalities, and others can directly order a full spectrum of services from the CAI these include, but are not limited to:

Developer/Programming Services/Software Engineer

Publishing/Communication Services

Translation Services

 Other Services including:

• • International Rule of Law
  • Training development and delivery services with standard and customized course-ware.
  • Supporting studies, proposals, and programs using the Capital Analysis and Performance Strategy (CAPS)
  • Event coordination and support services
  • Research and analysis services for projects of any complexity

Any or all of the desired services can be ordered directly from the CAI using the existing College of William and Mary Statewide Cooperative Agreement WM19-2035 using simple procedures to create a Task Order (TO) and attach the Statement of Work (SOW) as negotiated with the CAI.

No coordination with William and Mary is required, and per the contract, all coordination, agreements, and payments are managed directly between the CAI and VDSS.

THERE IS NO FEE TO USE THIS CONTRACT THROUGH WILLIAM AND MARY AND NO REQUIREMENT FOR PERMISSIONS OR OTHER COORDINATION WITH WILLIAM AND MARY. The Task order is agreed to directly between the customer and CAI.
